Sunset Pines is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on Little St. Germain Lake. This 956 acre lake offers lots of room for boating, skiing, swimming and great fishing.
There is a queen size bed and 2 twins. Bed linens are provided. The living room has a queen size futon, ceiling fan, window air conditioner and a cozy brick fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towels and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a full size shower and 6 sets of towels provided. We do provide a starter supply of paper products and soap.
Outside on the patio there is a picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. The stairs lead down to your own private pier with 2 kayaks. We also have boat rentals available by request.
Pets are allowed at the home, but must be supervised at all times and cleaned up after. Pet charge is $25 per night or $150 per week per pet.
We ask that you please DO NOT SMOKE inside the cottage. Fireworks are not allowed.
Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside cabin. If you're looking for a relaxed getaway where you can spend time on the water and enjoy the outdoors, this is a great place to unwind. The lake is a nice size for boating, water skiing, and fishing. We especially enjoyed being able to fish right from the pier, and having the kayaks available made it easy to get out on the water whenever we wanted. Evenings were one of our favorite parts of the trip. There was plenty of firewood provided, so gathering around the campfire each night was a perfect way to end the day. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi for anyone who needs to work remotely, a good TV for relaxing, and a large dining table that was perfect for sharing meals and playing games together. Overall, this is a comfortable, laid-back cabin where the focus is on enjoying the lake, spending time with family and friends, and making memories. We had a great time and would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay and found this property to be the perfect choice for our family weekend in St. Germain. The location is excellent, with beautiful views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of the host providing firewood for an evening campfire.The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was watching the deer that regularly came right into the backyard, offering a unique and memorable experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would gladly stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation and it was great. The kids enjoyed being right on the water with a private dock. The cabin was simple but we'll stocked with whatever you might need for a weeks stay. The lake is definitely busier during the day than other lakes we've stayed on in the past, but everyone seemed to respect quiet time hours so it wasn't a problem. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely keep it in mind for future vacations. Thank you!
