Blue Pine Haven

Blue Pine Haven is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on Little Arbor Vitae Lake with 120 feet of fisherman's frontage/weeds. This 480 acre lake offers lots of room for boating, skiing and great fishing. There is a beautiful clear sandy swimming beach located 7 minutes away. `Clear Lake Beach Directions`

The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling fan. The 2 bedrooms on the lower level each have a queen size bed. Bed linens are provided.

The first floor living room has a ceiling fan and an electric fireplace. The lower level family room also has a queen size sleeper sofa and an electric fireplace.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towels and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils. There is seating at the countertop as well as the dining table.

The first floor bathroom has a full size shower and 5 sets of towels provided. The lower level bathroom also has a shower and 5 sets of towels provided. We do provide a starter supply of paper products and soap. There is also a washer and dryer in the lower level for you to use.

This property offers lots of quiet and privacy. It is surrounded by state forest land and many hiking, biking and atv/utv trails are nearby. Outside on the deck there is a patio table and gas grill. There is a campfire pit as well. The stairs lead down to your own private pier. We do have `boat rentals` available by request.

Pets are allowed at the home, but must be supervised at all times and cleaned up after. Pet charge is $25 per night or $150 per week per pet.

We ask that you please DO NOT SMOKE inside the cottage. Fireworks are not allowed.

Summer rentals are Sunday to Sunday.
